More than just plants
Growing Together
We each have a responsibility in helping to restore land back to good health. When we look around at the sheer magnitude of environmental harm created by the culture and system in which we live, it can often feel overwhelming.
Many of us can feel alone at times, like we’re the only ones who care, and become paralyzed because we don’t know what to do. The good news is you’re not alone.
Riverview is committed to bringing people together on the land to help grow and nourish relationships. By facilitating opportunities to connect and learn throughout the year, it is our hope that people and ecosystems in Northeastern Indiana would experience growth and flourishing in the years to come.
Get Connected
We want to build relationships between people and nature. Whether you’re simply purchasing plants, joining us for a meal, or committing to making change in your own life, our goal is to build systems of support for each other while we work to support the land.
Plant Sales
From community events with local conservation partners to garden sales to our annual open house, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to shop our selection of native plants and add some beauty and biodiversity back to your landscape.
Potlucks
Join us at the nursery and share a table with like-minded people as we share, learn, and grow together. We’ll learn from special guests, participate in workshops, enjoy a meal, and spend time around a fire or walking the property.
Healing at Home
Most home landscaping is ornamental, lacking the native plants that allow wildlife to flourish and form the basis of the web of life. However, with a few changes in how we design & maintain our yards, they can become places of health & well-being for both humans and wildlife.
